Vision Statement
To preach the Gospel, and to preserve, maintain and grow our church where
everyone has a voice, an identity, and opportunities to use their God given talents
and gifts to serve the Lord, the church body, and the community.
Specifically:
We are an intergenerational community church, rooted in the Word of God, with
a focus on the family.
We are committed to the ongoing restoration and healing of relationships within
the community.
We provide the opportunity for developing communion with God through prayer,
worship, Bible study, spiritual growth and nurturing.
We provide Christian education for all ages.
We serve the local community with comfort, support and the sharing of Christ’s
love.
Our Christian witness for mission, individually and corporately, is rooted
in the gospel ministries of preaching, teaching, healing, and in Christ’s
example of advocacy for the poor, the hungry, the oppressed.
We are good stewards of our resources within our church body, as well as in
our outreach locally, nationally and globally.
