Missions and Outreach

Rye Congregational Church currently supports mission efforts locally, nationally and internationally. Additionally, members volunteer countless hours each year to reach out to the less fortunate residents in our seacoast community.

Once a year we have a Missions Festival after worship where everyone can talk to the representatives from the various mission organizations that Rye Congregational Church support.

Cross Roads House	Provides temporary shelter, food, counseling and child services.
Habitat for Humanity	Facilitates first time home ownership.
Operation Blessing	Provides food, clothing and household items to area families in need.
Salvation Army	Provides meals and limited shelter to homeless individuals and families.
Bridges of Learning	Improves educational experiences in third world countries through supplies and books for schools.
Compassion International	An evangelical Christian child development ministry dedicated to the needs of poor children around the world through a one-on-one sponsorship program.
Pilgrim Pines	Provides religious camping experiences for children and their families.
Covenant World Relief	Helps people in third world countries with needs of food, clean water, and health care.
Eastern European Outreach	Rebuilding ruined lives on a new foundation.
IMEC (International Medical Equipment Collaborative)	Serves doctors and nurses in developing countries by providing them with quality tools to advance the standard of health care for their nation’s poor.
